umm.. if you mean drinking it no, and if you put it in your hair youre gonna be attacked by bugs all day and itll come off in the shower and it wont show unless you bleach your hair

well it might give it a red tint, but it wont be permanent and it wont be bright at all. if you want bright red hair, it needs to be bleached first.

It will give it a red tint, if you use the red kool-aid. I used to date this guy whose teenager did that and freaked out his dad. It came out when he washed it.
