try "fake" dreads first. take a small section of your hair (about the size of the dreads you want) split it into two twist the two pieces in the same direction until they are a tight twist but not too tight to where it is starting to curl up in a lil ball like thing.. then take those pieces and twirl/intertwine them together in the opposite direction that they were individually twisted. then when they are all the way twisted use the lil hair bands to tie it together.. not only is it a cute lil hair style it will somewhat give you the idea of what dreads will look like on you.. also remember when your done with dreads you have to shave them off :)

If I was you, I wouldn't. I don't think it would look too nice.. But it's really up to you, if you want them get them.. other peoples opinions shouldn't matter.

ultimately it is up to you.. i don't really like dread locks and think that very few people look good with them.. plus once you decide to get rid of them you have to cut them off leaving your hair really short..

to be honest with you. i wanted them for a long time. but think about it. you get them. and you cant take them out until they grow out. so im sure u would look great with them but its something for a life time. and it depends how fast your hair grows.

so think about it. and if u get them done. make sure someone who knows what they r doing does it.

I don't think dreadlocks make a good impression; they remind me of that weird guy on the E! channel. But get 'em if you want, everyone is entitled to their own opinions %26amp; can do what they want to their hair!

i dont think that u should .. get them...

and i dont think many guys like dredlocks.. so i dont think u should get them..

i think that dreds make ur hair look all knotted and make it look all ugly...

If you get the right type of dreadlocks..the ones that look neat and not too wild. I say if that's what you want then go for it. You only live life once, they would look nice on red hair..it's about the style that you choose.

This is just my opinion but no one looks good in dreadlocks because your hair just looks like a rats nest.
